23: Intervention?

The implications carried in this picture aren't exactly the same as what's written in www.fanfiction.net/s/11804188/… and www.deviantart.com/lonewolf-sp…; this conveys the suggestion that there's a similar bargain about to be struck with the sea witch.  Whatever the case may be, I enjoyed the bold, striking colors that make it more dramatic.  Please feel free to comment; thanks for your support!
